채용직무: Turf Technical Service
Manager | ||
|
•
Develop technical service menu for FF's, channel partners and green
keepers (Technical seminar, Crop clinic, Direct visiting
& consulting, etc)
•
Support the season campaign based on brand strategy and channel strategy
in collaboration
with PP Manager.
•
Initiate productive technical service menu for green keepers based on
target segments.
•
Implement new product demo and field day for pre-launch through with key
dealers and influencers
•
Provide market feedback on competitors, customers, key influencers,
products, performance
and pricing.
•
Analyze territory golf course; green keepers practices/needs, statistics,
technology, trends,
economic conditions, competitor activity, key influencers and value chain
participants.
•
Actively participate/collaborate with PP manager to generate the marketing
plan for key products
by providing appropriate market information in field.
•
Proactive claim process management, especially phytotoxicity
•
Technical training for TSM & KA
•
Deal with technical matters with stakeholders such as Korean turfgrass
institutes, Green keepers
association to build high technical profile for Syngenta and develop
effective partnerships,
and collect green keepers profile from them. | ||
